Gettin' Tacky Wit It

Get all things crooked back in their correct position by simply applying "Tacky." This is a product for $2.99 at Hobby Lobby that comes

packaged in four little bars and has the consistency of chewed gum or Silly Putty. The Hendersonville Hobby Lobby keeps it near the check-out lines. To straighten pictures, simply tear off two small hunks, a bit bigger than pencil erasers. Work each piece just a few seconds in your fingers then adhere to the back, bottom corners of your artwork. Set your canvas straight then press gently against the wall.

What's nice is you don't have to wreck your walls and one application is all it takes. I like "one and done" when it comes to work, don't you?

But, since you can never have too much of a good thing, I also put Tacky on my crooked, ill-fitting candlesticks to hold them more securely within the candlestick holder. No joke, everytime I glanced at these suckers before they were crooked. It's a problem I was regularly experiencing. Same concept: I wadded up a little hunk, placed it in the basin of the candleholder, then squished the candlestick in ensuring it was standing straight. Very easy and straightforward. So glad to have a cheap and practical solution that nails it every time!
